That's the whole reason these are desktop apps and not web apps. A scan that happens on your own computer costs me nothing, so there's nothing to meter.
None of these are for sale yet. They're in active development. This page is here so you know what's coming and can tell me which one you actually want first.
A local rank tracker was charging me per map pin. Not per month, per pin. So every time I wanted to see where a client showed up across a grid of locations, the bill went up, and I started running smaller grids less often to keep it down.
Sit with that for a second. The tool existed to help me make decisions, and the pricing made me collect less information before deciding. I was paying for worse judgement.
The scan runs on your machine. There is no cloud cost per pin, none, the meter is a pricing choice dressed up as a technical limit. So when I say unlimited I mean run it a thousand times this month if you want, and the number on the invoice does not move.

Local rank tracking across a full geo-grid, as wide and as often as you want, for one flat price. No per-pin credits and no balance to watch.
The practical effect is that free prospecting audits become viable. Run a few hundred a month to find businesses with a visibility problem, because each one costs you nothing.

A crawler that does the thinking after the crawl. Every issue arrives with why it matters, how to fix it, the priority, and which pages are affected.
Screaming Frog is a genuinely great tool and I'm not pretending otherwise. But it hands you 150 columns and expects you to know which ones are load-bearing. If you already know, that's power. If you don't, it's a spreadsheet you close again.

Encrypts your files and your filenames on your device before they sync to Dropbox, Drive, OneDrive or iCloud. You keep the cloud storage you already pay for, it just stops being readable by anyone but you.
Zero-knowledge here means what it sounds like. The key is yours and I cannot read your files, as opposed to the version of that claim where everything is encrypted in transit and the provider quietly keeps a copy of the key.

Dictation that puts your words down instead of improving them. Text lands where your cursor already is, in whatever app you're in, with no clipboard juggling and no ghost text.
The reason I want this is that every dictation tool I've used quietly rewrites you to sound more professional. I didn't ask it to edit. It can run fully on-device when what you're dictating shouldn't leave the room.

Select text anywhere, press a hotkey, and it rewrites or re-tones in place. You see the change before it commits and you can undo it, and your formatting survives.
The bar I'm building to is that it works in Slack and in VS Code, which is exactly where the competition silently does nothing. Also: it should never paste "Sure, here's a more formal version" into your document, which is a real thing that happens.

A team phone without the per-seat tax. Shared inbox, call routing, team texting, then you plug in your own carrier and pay wholesale for the usage.
Flat software fee, unlimited users, and the number is yours so nobody can hold it over you at renewal. I got here by paying per seat for a shared inbox that half my team opened twice a month.
Nothing to download yet, so the honest answer is: nothing, unless you want to influence the order.
If one of these is a problem you have right now, tell me which one. I'm one person and the order I build in is genuinely up for grabs, so a specific message about a specific annoyance carries real weight. Describing what you currently do instead is more useful to me than a feature request.
In the meantime the browser extensions are free and some of them overlap. The SEO checker and the rank checker cover a bit of what SEOBreezy and KeywordSharp will do, at a smaller scale.
I'm not going to give you a date I can't keep. The extensions are shipping first because they're finished. What I can say is which one is furthest along, if you ask me directly.
Built cross-platform, Windows first because that's what I develop on and what I can properly test. Mac follows. Linux depends on whether anyone asks.
For the work itself, mostly no, that's the point of them being local. They will check your licence periodically, and the rank tracker obviously has to reach Google to see search results. Encryption and dictation can run with the network off entirely.
Yes. Sign in once and it works across the desktop apps, the web apps and the store. That's a deliberate piece of plumbing rather than a marketing line, and it's the reason I built the shared account layer described on the web apps page before building the products on top.
